Exhibitors
The Northern Ireland Graduate Recruitment Fair is organised by Careers, Employability and Skills at Queen's University Belfast and the Career Development Centre at the University of Ulster. The Fair is part of the national programme of AgCAS Summer Recruitment Fairs.
What is the purpose of the Fair?
The Fair is designed to provide employers and organisations offering postgraduate study or graduate training with easy access to the graduates of 2009. With the pressure of their final year examinations removed, the graduates can concentrate on the next step in their career.
Why attend the Fair?
The Fair represents genuine low cost recruitment, with exhibitors given full publicity via this dedicated fair website and links ot other relevant and national websites.
Every final year student at Queen's University Belfast and the University of Ulster receive an individual notification by letter and email about the Fair.
The NI Graduate Recruitment Fair Programme is available in advance of the Fair on this website to ensure graduates arrive well briefed.
Venue
The venue for the 2009 Northern Ireland Graduate Recruitment Fair is the Sir William Whitla Hall on the main site of Queen's University Belfast.
Each exhibitor will have access to:
Booking
A Booking Form and Vacancy Notification Form must be completed and returned as confirmation of attendance in order to secure your stand. Early booking is advised, with late additional being located in the adjacent South Dining Hall.
Each organisation attending will have access to a stand (3m x 2m) with table, chairs and signage, a power socket and display boards, if requested, and hospitality to include tea/coffee and lunch.
Advertising Vacancies
We will advertise your opportunities, as outline in the Vacancy Notification Form
on this dedicated fair website prior to the event and
in the comprehensive NI Graduate recruitment Fair Programme, distributed on the day.
It is essential to receive details of opportunities as early as possible to ensure maximum publicity. The copy date for the Programme is Friday 22 May 2009, opportunities recevied after this date will be advertised but may not receive the same level of publicity.
Recruitment Literature
Recruitment literature, application forms and other materials for the Fair may be sent in advance.Items should be clearly marked with your organisations’ name and addressed c/o NI Graduate Recruitment Fair, Tuesday 16 June 2009, Whitla Hall, Queen's University Belfast, University Road, Belfast, BT7 1NN. These will be brought to your stand.
Presentation and Interviewing Facilities
